This Product Information Guide contains important safety, handling, disposal, recycling, and regulatory information, as well as the limited warranty for toy kits manufactured by STEM Play Labs Pvt. Ltd. (“SPL”). Please read all safety and usage instructions before using SPL Toys-Kits. By using SPL Toys-Kits, you agree to the terms outlined in the full guide. IMPORTANT SAFETY AND HANDLING INFORMATION

SPL Toys-Kits are designed for educational use by children above the age of 3. Adult supervision is recommended. Improper use may cause damage or injury. Read the following instructions before using SPL Toys-Kits. Failure to do so may cause injury.

CAUTION: To reduce the risk of damage or injury, follow all safety instructions.

General:

- Read all safety and operating instructions before using SPL Toys-Kits.

- Retain the safety and operating instructions for future reference.

- Follow all operating and user instructions.

- Do not attempt to service SPL Toys-Kits. Refer all servicing questions to SPL.

Seizures and Eyestrain:

If you have a history of seizures or blackouts when exposed to flashing lights or light patterns, such as when playing games or watching video, or have a family history of such occurrences, consult a physician before use. Discontinue use and seek medical attention if you experience symptoms such as blackouts, headaches, seizures, convulsion, eye or muscle twitching, loss of awareness, involuntary movement, or disorientation.

WARNING: Choking Hazard

SPL Toys-Kits contain small parts and magnets, which may present a choking hazard to children under 3 years of age and pets. Ingestion of magnets may cause serious injury or death. Seek immediate medical attention if swallowed. Keep Toys-Kits from SPL and its accessories away from children under 3 years of age.

Temperature Guidelines:

Operate and store SPL Toys-Kits in a place where the temperature is between 0°C and 40°C (32°F to 104°F). Avoid extreme temperature changes and condensation.

USE AND MAINTENANCE

WARNING: SPL Toys-Kits are not suitable for use by children under 3 years of age.

Never:

- Throw, drop, puncture, kick, step on, or subject SPL Toys-Kits to physical abuse.

- Operate in restricted or hazardous areas.

- Stretch rubber bands near the face or wrap thread or plastic bags around body parts.

- Do not attempt to dismantle, pierce, distort, cut, or otherwise repair the parts.

Always:

- Keep SPL Toys-Kits in sight while operating.

- Maintain a safe distance of at least 1 meter from people, pets, and property.

- Check for cracked or broken parts before use.

- Operate on smooth, flat surfaces.

Storage and Cleaning:

- Do not expose to heat or fire.

- Do not microwave or compress in sealed containers.

- Clean only with a dry cloth. Avoid solvents or flammable cleaners.

LIMITED WARRANTY TO ORIGINAL PURCHASER

This SPL product is warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months. SPL may repair or replace defective products at its discretion. This warranty covers only hardware products from SPL and excludes misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or use with third-party products. It does not cover consumables or normal wear and tear.

This SPL product, as supplied and distributed by SPL India and delivered new, in the original carton to the original customer purchaser, is warranted by SPL, India against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months. SPL India will repair or replace this product, at our option and at no charge with new or reconditioned parts, if found to be defective during the limited warranty period specified above. This limited warranty covers only the normal and intended use of Toys-Kits from SPL and applies only to the hardware product “SPL Toys-Kits” manufactured by or for SPL India that can be identified by the " SPL Toys-Kits" trademark, trade name or logo affixed to it. This limited warranty does not apply to any non-SPL hardware product or any software, even if packaged or sold with the Toys-Kits from SPL hardware product. Refer to the software license agreement accompanying the software for

details of your rights with respect to its use. SPL India does not warrant that the operation of Toys-Kits from SPL will be uninterrupted or error-free. SPL India is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to Toys-Kits from SPL ’s use.

This warranty does not apply to:

a) Consumable parts, designed to diminish over time unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship ;

b) Damage caused by use with non-Toys-Kits from SPL products;

c) Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, misapplication, fire, water, lightning or other acts of nature, incorrect electrical line voltage fluctuations or surges, damage caused by improper installation; product alteration or modification; improper or unauthorized repair; exterior finish or cosmetic damage;

d) Damage caused by operating Toys-Kits from SPL outside the intended uses

described herein;

e) Defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging

of the Toys-Kits from SPL product.

There Are No Warranties Other Than Those Described Above, Including, But Not Limited To, Any Implied Warranties Of Merchantability Or Fitness For A Particular Purpose And Warranties Against Hidden Or Latent Defects, And The Limited Warranty Shall Not Apply After The Express Warranty Period Stated Above. No Other Warranty Or Guarantee Given By Any Person, Firm Or Corporation With Respect To This Product Shall Be Binding On SPL India. In No Circumstance

Shall SPL India Be Responsible For Loss Of Revenue Or Profits, Failure To Realize Savings Or Other Benefits, Loss Of Opportunity, Loss Of Goodwill, Loss Of Reputation, Loss Of, Damage To, Compromise Or Corruption Of Data, Or Any Other Special.

Incidental Or Consequential Damages Caused By The Use, Misuse Or Inability To Use This Product, Regardless Of The Legal Theory On Which The Claim Is Based, And Even If SPL India Has Been Advised Of The Possibility Of Such Damages. In No Circumstance Shall Recovery Of Any Kind Against SPL ,India, Be Greater In Amount Than The Purchase

Price Of Toys-Kits From SPL . Without Limiting The Foregoing, Purchaser Assumes All Risk And Liability For Loss, Damage Or Injury To Purchaser And Purchaser's Property And To Others And Their Property Arising Out Of The Use, Misuse Or Inability To Use This Product Not Caused Directly By The Gross Negligence Of SPL , India. This Limited Warranty Shall Not Extend To Anyone Other Than The Original Purchaser Of This Product, Is Nontransferable And States Your Exclusive Remedy For Any Claims Related To This Product. These Limitations And Exclusions May Not Apply In All Countries.

Important Information for Parents & Educators:

Please retain this packaging and instruction guide for future reference. It contains essential safety and usage information.
Models cannot be built simultaneously. Components may need to be disassembled and reused to create different models.
Part colors may vary from images shown. Variations in color do not affect functionality or quality.

PRODUCT DISPOSAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY

SPL Toys-Kits must not be disposed of with regular household waste. Instead, it is your responsibility to dispose of damaged or unusable parts or Toys-Kits from SPL by disposing of them a container specially reserved for this purpose and handing it over to a designed collection point for the recycling of waste electrical and electronic equipment in compliance with the requirements of the Directive on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (2002/96/EC) of 27 January 2003 (as subsequently amended or replaced).

Please use appropriate recycling methods:

- ABS/PP Plastics: Recyclable via local plastic systems.

- Magnets: Dispose via e-waste centers.

- MDF Wood: Follow local wood waste guidelines.

- Rubber Bands & Thread: Dispose as non-hazardous waste.

- Plastic Bags: Recycle with soft plastics.

- Carton Box: Recyclable with paper waste.

Please follow appropriate local guidelines and regulations. For further information contact your local solid waste authority, your household waste disposal service, or the retailer from which you purchased your Toys-Kits from SPL .

GOVERNING LAW AND ARBITRATION

This warranty is governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with this warranty shall first be addressed through good faith mutual mediation. If mediation fails to resolve the matter, the dispute shall be subject to final and binding arbitration in Chennai India.
Any and all disputes in connection with the interpretation, performance, of this Warranty or otherwise in connection with this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, India.
You each hereby waive any and all rights in connection with any litigation, proceeding or counter claim arising in respect to the product and the limited warranty.

IMPORTANT!

Any changes or modifications not expressly approved by SPL, India will void the user's authority to operate Toys-Kits from SPL .
