Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only for items that are damaged during delivery. If your order arrives with any damage, please follow the steps below:

How to Request an Exchange:

1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at care@stemplaylabs.in
2. Include:
   • Your order number
   • A clear photo of the damaged item
   • A brief description of the issue
   • Your mobile phone number
   • Your address
3. Our team will review your request and, if approved, arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

No Returns or Refunds

Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds for any other reason than mentioned in the exchange policy. We encourage you to reach out with any product questions before purchasing — we’re happy to help you make the right choice!Please note that we do not accept cancellations once the orders have been dispatched from our fulfilment center.
