Shipping Policy

  1. Orders are typically processed in 2-3 days, Monday to Friday, except on public holidays. During holidays and promotions, processing times may vary. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 10 working days after dispatch.

  2. Shipping is free for all orders above INR 799 and will be calculated at checkout. 

  3. Shipping is done through respectable logistics companies and STEMPlay Labs will not be liable for delays due to natural disasters, pandemic, epidemic or any situation beyond our control.

  4. We deliver to all cities across India. Should there be a rare situation in which we are unable to deliver to your location, we will get in touch with you.

  5. We currently do not offer International Shipping.
